Write down all you eat at sparkpeople.com 7 days in a row 5x times and aim for something healthy like 1200-1600.
Trying to recover from an eating disorder counting calories seems like a stupid idea.
By examining what I eat for a few weeks, I want to make sure that I consume enough calories but do not compulsively overeat, either.
I write down what I eat and why I eat it in my notebook, too, but by using http://www.sparkpeople.com/ for a few weeks I am able to see whether I consume enough protein, carbs and fat, too.
