I combined these three challenges because they're basically the same thing, just in three variations. These are six-weeks programs to strengthen your physical ability. And maybe also to feel about yourself in case anyone is boasting about how many situps/squats/push-ups they can do!
Do the sit up challenge.
The first one is one I'm actually looking forward to, as I really like sit-ups for some bizarre reason. The aim is to be able to do 200 situps in a row without resting in between.

Do the squats challenge.
I never did squats before I found this site but they are pretty similar to a movement we used to do in my Tai Chi class, one of the few things there that I really really enjoyed. I'm hoping I won't have that much difficulty with this one.

Do push-ups challenge.
I'm not looking forward to the last one. I did get full points in gym class when we had to do push-ups. But then we just had to do 20 in a row. And my arms felt horrible afterwars. Still, looking forward to having finished this and being able to do 100 (and then never having to do any again!).
